特点:

  • Adopt a flexible six-axis manipulator with sample holder to pick up and transport samples;

  • The manipulator is controlled by a visual system. By identifying the notch characteristics of the sample, the manipulator motion compensation is 0.Notch positioning with 1mm accuracy;

  • The cover of the low-temperature box is automatically opened and closed to realize the automatic opening when sampling is needed, and automatically closed after sampling is completed to ensure the accuracy of temperature control in the low-temperature room.

  • The samples were stacked with sample plates and 40 samples were stored in a single disk to meet the requirement of keeping 120 samples warm in turn.

  • Automatic sample delivery by manipulator makes its operation safer。
